Due to the nature of the business of Professional Business Brokers, I accept that all information regarding terms and conditions under which the business is introduced to me needs to remain confidential and discreet. I therefore undertake to protect the name, goodwill, market position and value of any business to which I am introduced, by:

• Not disclosing any information, including that the business is for sale;
• Taking all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of information made available to me in the course of any negotiation and eventual transaction;
• Only using the information disclosed for assessing the business and the viability of such with the view to its acquisition;
• Willingly return on request all documentary information relating to the business presented to me.

I accept that all information was presented to me in good faith and that I cannot hold Professional Business Brokers or its agent/s liable for any inadvertent deviations or inaccuracies. I accept that I am responsible to verify facts and figures to satisfy myself as to the accuracy of information during any due diligence I may choose to carry out.
